* You must purchase the qualifying products directly from our official YouTube channel or authorized resellers.

* The products must display the Dig It Or It's Free logo on their respective product pages to qualify for refunds.

Refund Request Process

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow these simple steps:

1. Log into your account and go to My Orders.

2. Select the order that contains the item(s) you'd like a refund for.

3. Click on 'Request Refund.'

4. Fill out our Return/Refund Request form completely with all required information, including:

* Your name as it appears on your original receipt

* The reason why you're requesting a refund (optional but helps us improve)

5. Once we receive and review your request, we'll be in touch within two business days via email to let you know whether or not your refund has been approved.

Refund Timeline

After approval of your refund request:

* If using PayPal as payment method: Your account should see the credited amount back into it within 24-48 hours after processing time.

* For all other forms of accepted payments, please allow up to seven business days from date of original purchase for funds to appear in your chosen payout option.

Refund Exclusions
